once every two days or so I juice these items and have this for breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit and vegetable juice - pulp removed

1 fuji apple,
1 pear,
1/4 cup of kale,
2 carrots,
1/5 tsp ginger,
1 navel orange,
1/4 cup parsley,
1/4 cup fennel

Recipe Directions for Fruit and vegetable juice - pulp removed

  1. Refrigerate all ingredients.

  2. Quarter pear, apple and peel and segment orange into three sections. Cut ends off of carrots and wash. Shin a one-inch segment of ginger root. Remove one large or two small stalks of kale. Remove one stalk of fennel. Remove 1/4 cup of parsley.

  3. Place items in juicer. When processing is done, scoop foam from top of glass and discard.

  4. Drink
