Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Tart

8 gram Cracker
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
6 oz light cream cheese
1/4 cup light sour cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries

Recipe Directions for Fruit Tart

  1. To make crest, pound the gram crackers. Add brown sugar and melted butter. Mix well. Press into a 9" spring pan. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes.

  2. Filling: Beat sugar and cream cheese (kept at room temperature) well until smooth. Add sour cream, lemon, and vanilla. Mix well.

  3. Spread on the cooled crest. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Top with fruits.

  4. Option: Dazzle with strawberry jam diluted with water.
