1/2 cup whole Cranberries Whole
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 cup, diced Melons, Cantaloupe
4 oz Nancy's Organic Whole Milk Yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries
