Recipe Ingredients for fruit smoothy

1 cup light soy milk
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries
2 tablespoons flax seed

Recipe Directions for fruit smoothy

  1. Put milk and frozen banana in blender and start.

  2. add yogurt, blueberries, flax seed and protein powder if you are using it.

  3. Blend until well mixed

  4. serve

  5. enjoy
