incredibly easy, takes 5 minutes and is super yummy and very healthy. Great for fiber and antioxidants and a great breakfast option for on-the-go.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie, Very Healthy

1 small banana
1/2 cup ice, crush
7 medium strawberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie, Very Healthy

  1. Slice banana into blender

  2. 1/2 a cup of ice or so- crushed or not into blender

  3. Add in strawberries and berries- use frozen or fresh

  4. Blend till smooth and creamy, serve.
