this smoothie has a nice sweet taste, but has the tart after taste of the ginger. drink this when (or eat it) after your work out for a refreshing cooling effect on your body.

1 cup, sliced Strawberries
1 cup Raspberries
1 cup Blueberries
1 cup Blackberries
2 cup Orange Juice
1 cup Spinach
3 tsp Ginger Root
1 cup slices Peaches
8 oz Light 'n Fit Nonfat Lemon Chiffon
