Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

4 strawberries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup orange juice, fresh
3 tbsp vanilla yogurt

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

Use a hand blender and mix the above ingredients. Strawberry yogurt is also a good substitute for vanilla. If you can afford the calories, 1 tbsp of honey adds extra sweet flavor.
