Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

1 cup, unthawed Strawberries
40 oz Light
1 cup Spinach
4 fl oz Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
30 grams Old Fashioned Oats

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

Blend the spinach and milk first, then add the oats, so they are smoother before you add the rest of the ingredients. Very tasty!
