I drink this for breakfast. Good way to start out the day and the yogurt gives me some protein to keep me feeling satisfied.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

1 cup Mixed Fruit
4 oz No Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
0.5 serving Light Cranberry Raspberry
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

But everything in a blender and liquify. Works with fresh fruit as well but I like the icy thick consistency frozen fruit gives me.
