Use fat-free or low-fat yogurt. I used Breyers fat free 6 oz - 80 calories, but was unable to list this on the recipe. I listed using the only yogurt I could find, and shoed only 3 oz instead of 6 because it was closest to the nutrient content. You should use 6-8 ounces in the recipe, serves 2.

Recipe Ingredients for fruit smoothie

1/2 c pineapple
3 oz strawberry yogurt
1/2 c 2% milk
1 c ice
1 splenda to taste

place all ingredients into blender and puree until smooth.
