Uses frozen fruits and fat free yogurt and a little bit of skim milk only. No added sugars. Includes strawberries, pineapple ring, and a navel orange.

Recipe Ingredients for fruit smoothie

1/2 c fat free yogurt
1/8 c skim milk
1 navel orange
5 berry
1 slice ring

Recipe Directions for fruit smoothie

  1. Peel a navel orange and cut into pieces and freeze for a few hours.

  2. After waiting add 1/2 cup yogurt into the blender along with frozen orange bits and five unsweetened strawberries (already frozen) and one pineapple ring chopped. You may add a few ice cubes if desired.

  3. Ice crush for a few minutes then liquefy.
