A delicious, healthy smoothie with bananas, orange juice, yogurt, blueberries, flaxseed, and strawberries.

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

  1. Take out all of your ingredients

  2. Put your fruits into the blender

  3. Pour your yogurt over the fruit

  4. Measure your orange using a measuring cup, then pour that into the blender

  5. Sprinkle flax seed into blender

  6. Blend your smoothie to desired consistency

  7. Pour your smoothie into a cup.

  8. Bon Apetit!
