Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

1 cup Mixed Berries
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 medium banana Bananas
1 tbsp Milled Flax Seed

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

In the blender first add the water, then 1 frozen banana, one unfrozen banana, ground flax seed and add what ever fruit you like, fresh or frozen then blend and enjoy
