I needed to use up some frozen fruit, so I made a smoothie out of it.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit smoothie

0.5 cup, thawed Strawberries
0.5 cup Sliced Peaches
0.5 cup Raspberries
0.5 cup Cherries
1 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
3 tube Go-Gurt Cherry and Strawberry Assorted Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Fruit smoothie

  1. Take frozen fruit and put in blender.

  2. Add milk and tubes of GoGurt.

  3. Blend till all fruit is broken up, then liquify for 15 seconds.

  4. Separate into two servings.
