Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

2 granny smith apple
2 peaches
2 banana
12 strawberry
4 cups yogurt
48 oz apple juice

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

  1. Cube and freeze fruit in 8 ziplock bags.

  2. Mix one bag frozen fruit and 6 oz applejuice in blender.

  3. Add 1/2 cup yogurt to the blended mixture.
