Blended strawberry and walnut smoothie

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

1 cup fat free milk
6 oz fat free plain yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries
2 tbsp walnuts

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

  1. In a blender, add 1 cup fat free milk, 6 oz fat free plain yogurt 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen) and 2 tbsp of walnuts. Blend for 15 seconds.

  2. Adding ground cinnamon and/or sugar substitute to taste is optional but will increase calories.
