Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 (100 g) Banana (medium)
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

  1. Put milk & yogurt in blender. Blend until creamy - about 30 seconds.

  2. Add whey protein if desired - blend about 30 seconds.

  3. Add strawberries & banana blend 2 minutes or until frothy.
