Blueberry or fruit of choice, I usually use 2 fruits ,1/2 mango, apple, orange, strawberries.raspberries, depends what I have on hand, Frozen grapes are nice, but sweet.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit smoothie

1 serving Source Exotik Selection
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup, unthawed Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Fruit smoothie

I add all to the bullet mixer and blend until smooth and enjoy, I also will add flax seed and any other vitamins that might be good in a smoothie.
