Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

3 oz fruit yogurt
1/4 cup orange juice
4 strawberries
1/2 banana

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

  1. Add frozen strawberries and banana in blender with orange juice and yogurt. Blend until frothy.

  2. If using fresh fruits, add 4 to 6 ice cubes.

  3. increase orange juice to 1/3 cup if using frozen fruit.
