1 medium (3") Apples
0.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries
8 oz Mixed Fruit Unsweetened
2 oz Ultra-Pasteurized
2 Kiwi Kiwi Fruit
0.75 cup whole Red Seedless Grapes
1 oz Pure US Grade A Clover Honey
4 serving Flaxseed Meal

Recipe Directions for Fruit smoothie

place all ingredients in the blender and blend until desired consistency.
