Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

2 bananas
2 apples
2 oranges
1 cup blueberries
3/4 cup nonfat yogurt

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

  1. Peel and dice the bananas, apples, and oranges.

  2. Blend the oranges first to create a pulpy juice, then add the other ingredients and finish blending. The juice helps everything mix together.

  3. Depending on the size of your blender, you may need to blend in batches.
