Smoothie using only fruits, water, and some flaxseed. No dairy, no added sugars.

Recipe Ingredients for fruit smoothie

387 g banana
288 g frozen strawberries
129 g frozen blueberries
769 1/2 g water
26 g flaxseed meal

Recipe Directions for fruit smoothie

  1. put desired fruit in blender, make sure at least half is banana as the banana preserves thickness and sweetness

  2. fill blender with water until fruit is almost entirely covered

  3. blend until liquid, i use ice grind setting as it gives the best results

  4. add a few tablespoons of flaxseed meal or ground flaxseed and give another mix in blender

  5. serve
