Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

5 oz greek yogurt
1 banana
1/2 c blueberries
1/2 c strawberries
1/2 c peaches
8 oz skim milk
1 tbsp wheat germ
2 tbsp flax seed meal
1 scoop whey
