Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

1/2 cup honeydew melon
1/2 cup orange
1/2 cup grapes
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup fat free yogurt
1/2 banana

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

  1. Blend together until smooth. You can substitute juice for the water, but it's just added calories!

  2. I like to separate the fruit into serving sizes and freeze it for a slushy effect, then just dump it in the blender, add yogurt and water for a fast breakfast. More water is needed if you freeze the fruit. I also sometimes add about 5 baby carrots to get a serving of veggies, you can't even taste them!
