Frozen fruit blended with milk, honey, and healthy oil. Note: If you add protein powder you will need to enter it manually.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

1 cup Frozen Fruit
1/2 tsp Flaxseed Oil
1/2 cup Milk 1%
1 tsp Honey

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

Put everything in a blender (ie. Magic Bullet), turn it on, put a straw in it and voila.
