Recipe Ingredients for Fruit smoothie

8 oz. vegetable juice
8 oz. carrot juice
8 oz. pomegranate juice
2 cups fat free yogurt
1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries
2 kiwi fruits
3 oz. tofu
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup wheat germ
2 tsp. cinnamon
