Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

1/2 tbl flax seed
1/2 tbl wheat germ
3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup cranberry juice

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend on high for 30 - 45 seconds.

  3. Pour into large cup add straw and enjoy.
