Fruit Smoothie with fresh fruit: bananas, strawberries and pineapple.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

1 cup strawberries, fresh, unsweetend
1 cup pineapple, fresh, unsweetened
1 1/2 bananas, fresh
1 1/2 cups yogurt, fat free, light
1 cup light soymilk

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and mix.

  2. If fruit is frozen, no need to add ice. If fruit is not frozen, add 1 cup of ice and blend.
