Lots of fruit; the entire recipe makes a ton of smoothie. Best enjoyed with friends--just like your diet!

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

1/2 c. strawberries, quartered
1/2 c. bananas, sliced
1 kiwi fruit, sliced
1/2 c. peach, cubed
1 c. orange juice
3 c. ice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon (or to taste)

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

  1. Cut fruit into uniform pieces for easiest blending and add to the blender.

  2. Add orange juice to blender.

  3. Add ice to blender.

  4. Blend!
