Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

3 cups fat free plain yogurt
1 kiwi
12 strawberries
1 large pear
1/4 cup splenda no calorie
2 tablespoons flax seed
2 tablespoons skim milk

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

  1. Blend in blender until desired texture. Add more splenda if freezing, as freezing seems to make it taste less sweet.

  2. Makes about 13 servings of 3 oz each.
