Very good for breakfast or lunch. Also sometimes add a little slimfast if I am making it a meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
3 strawberries
1 tablespoon frozen blackberries
1 tablespoon frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana
1/4 cup orange juice

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

Add all of above to blender and blend until smooth.
