Good source of fiber. You can add some water or crushed ice. Also, I sometimes add 1 Tablespoon of protein powder to boost the amount of protein for fuel if I am going to workout

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 small banana
2 T ground flaxseed
1 T wheat germ
1/4 t cinnamon
1/4 t cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

  1. In a blender add the above ingredients

  2. Blend to consistency

  3. Enjoy
