This one uses berries, but it can be modified with 1/2 frozen banana and 1/2 cup of pineapple, 1/2 banana and 6 strawberries, or any other yummy mixture that suits the taste buds. Great for breakfast and it gets in two fruit servings. Try frozen fruit if you prefer a thicker drink. I heard that this can also be used with freshly made vegetable juice for an afternoon snack or light lunch. I haven't tried it personally, but give it a whirl if you'd like.
