Makes 4 servings



Fruit Smoothie made by Mom which includes 7 small bananas. Bananas should be very ripe.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

1 cup, halves Strawberries
5 slices Pineapple Slices in 100% Juice
7 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
126 grams Tangerines, (Mandarin Oranges)

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

  1. Use 1/2 can of slliced pineapple in its own juice.

  2. Use all of the mandarin orange slices, but discard all of the juice.

  3. Strawberries should be frozen (just place 1 cup of fresh strawberries in freezer until they are hard).

  4. Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy.
