This smoothie is very high in vitamin C, and it is made with ground flaxseed and almond milk. One glass have almond milk has 50% more calcium than a glass of milk. Yeah, I totally went there. Also, flaxseed contains essential fatty acids that they may help reduce the appearance of cellulite! Now, that's a win! Note: The fruity flavor isn't that strong in this, so if you're looking for a smoothie that is very high in fruity flavor, then this isn't the one for you! The flaxseed kind of makes it seem less fruity. Either way, you could always add more fruit! :) Just watch those calories, they still count.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Smoothie

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries
5 strawberries
1/4 cup blackberries
2 tbsp bob's redmill flaxseed meal
1 tbsp eden's organic apple sauce

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie

  1. Pour almond milk into a blender or a food processor. Then pour everything else in. Blend. Serve in a huge glass!
