1 banana, 2 red apples including skin, 1 kiwi orange & tropical fruit juice ice cubes, 1/2 oz desicated coconut if desired, 1 120g pot of low fat yogurt. Extra chilled water can be added if too thick

7.6 oz Apples
2.3 oz Kiwi Fruit
2 oz Orange Juice
2.5 oz Tropical Juice
0.5 oz Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Not Sweetened
1 serving Danone Shape Zero Yogurt (all flavours)
