1 banana
6 oz vanilla yogurt
6 oz orange juice
6 oz soy milk
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup pineapple
1/8 cup mango
1/8 cup frozen cherries

Recipe Directions for Fruit Smoothie (CWG2)

Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. Add 1 cup of ice and blend more. Pour into 3 glasses.
