Recipe Ingredients for fruit smoothie 2

1 apple, cored
1 banana, peeled
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 carrot
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
2 tablespoon Wheat Germ
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon flax oil
1 cup whole milk
1 cup yogurt, natural
1 cup grape juice, 100% natural
1 cup orange juice, 100% natural

Recipe Directions for fruit smoothie 2

  1. add water to fill to 1 1/2 quarts.

  2. blend all.

  3. Keep refrigerated.

  4. each serving = 1/2 pint

  5. drink with plenty of water
