1/2 cup grapes
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup pineapple (or blueberries, apples, mangos, bananas)
3/4 cup low fat yogurt
1 tablespoon wheatgerm

  1. Push a grape, a piece of another fruit, and a strawberryonto a skewer. Continue until all the fruit is used up.
