Makes 2 servings



Lots of vitamins. Whatever fruit is in season works pretty well. A little oatmeal can be added. (I often use bananas that were starting to get too ripe that I then peal & stick in the freezer.) 1 orange

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Shake

1 small banana
1/8 cantaloupe, medium
1 apple, large
1/3 c blueberries, whole frozen
1/3 c blackberries, frozen
1/3 c raspberries, frozen
1/2 c spinach, dry
1 c skim milk

Recipe Directions for Fruit Shake

  1. Prep the fruit (husk strawberries, etc.)

  2. Stuff everything in a blender or food processor

  3. Blend until desired consistency.

  4. Sample

  5. Add ice if you want it cooler

  6. Have a big glass

  7. Refrigerate the leftovers
