Recipe Ingredients for Fruit shake 2

2 wedge, large (1/8 of large melon) Melons, Cantaloupe
150 grams Papayas
1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Bananas
100 grams Raspberries
3.4 fl oz Orange Juice

Recipe Directions for Fruit shake 2

  1. Prepare fruit then process together. Add OJ.

  2. I add a heaped tablespoon of Spirulina Powder for iron and Protein but you cannot find this on the food list.
