Tropical fruits, chopped and tossed. Great with fish or chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Salsa

3 slices fresh pineapple
1 med nectarine, peeled
1 medium peach, peeled
2 slices red onion, chopped
2 tblsp chopped cilantro
2 tblsp chopped garlic
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp tarragon vinegar

Recipe Directions for Fruit Salsa

  1. Chop all ingredients into small pieces. Blend together with oil & vinegar. Refrigerate.

  2. NOTE: Other tropical fruits work well in this also. I've used Mango and Papaya. I just buy what's on sale!
