For grilled shrimp or fish tacos or with chips as store bought salsa alternative. Each serving is 1/2 cup

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Salsa

1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped mango
3/4 cup chopped pineapple
1/2 cup chopped orange
2 jalapeno peppers
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Fruit Salsa

  1. Deseed jalapenos and chop.

  2. Add all ingredients together in bowl.

  3. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
