Easy fruit salad recipe with sour cream and marshmallows.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Salad

120 g mini marshmallows
1/4 c coconut
1 cup,+diced pineapple tidbits
200 g mandarin orange segments
1 1/4 c sour cream
1/2 c pineapple juice

Recipe Directions for Fruit Salad

Place marshmallows, coconut, pineapple tidbits and sour cream in a medium bowl and mix well. Add pineapple juice and mix well, the salad should have extra liquid in the bottom. Add the orange segments and mix carefully to not break them. Let sit for at least an hour. Marshmallows should absorb the extra liquid. If the salad seems dry add more juice and let sit.
