my fave fresh fruits with honey-lemon dressing

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Salad

16 oz blueberries
16 oz strawberries, chopped
2 peaches, chopped
1 banana, sliced
2 T lemon juice, zest & juice of one lemon
1/4 cup honey

Recipe Directions for Fruit Salad

  1. wash all fruit.

  2. Cut into bite-size pieces and place in a large bowl.

  3. zest and juice 1 lemon.

  4. Mix lemon juice, zest and honey and pour over fruit.

  5. Mix well but gently. Chill if desired. Serve.
