This fruit salad is not only healthy, but tastes great. To decrease the amount of sugar, you can take out the brown sugar and it will still taste good. There really are no weaknesses except there it has no protein. It doesn't have lots of carbohydrates or fat either, though. Serving Suggestions: This can be eaten as a light snack or an appetizer for a bigger meal. Makes 5-6 1 cup servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Salad

2 cups grapes
1 cup pears
1 cup nectarine
1 cup apple
2 cups fat free yogurt
4 tsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Fruit Salad

  1. Clean and cut up fruit, mix.

  2. Mix fat free yogurt w/ brown sugar.

  3. Mix fruit w/ yogurt and enjoy.
