Light and refreshing fruit salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Salad

1/2 cup raisins (soaked)
1/4 c apple juice
2 cups raspberries
2 bananas
2 cups pineapple (fresh, cubed)
2 tablespoons of coconut

Recipe Directions for Fruit Salad

  1. Soak raisins in apple juice overnight or at least a couple of hours. Discard extra apple juice.

  2. Mix gently.
