1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup grapes, green seedless
1 cup grapes, red seedless
1 med apple
1/2 cup yogurt, plain non-fat
2 tablespoons lime juice

Recipe Directions for fruit salad with non fat yogurt dressing

  1. in small mixing bowl combine 1/2 cup of non-fat plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons of lime juice and two packets of artificial sweetener.

  2. wash the fruits thoroughly

  3. slice fruit into bite size pieces

  4. place the fruit in a medium size mixing bowl

  5. pour the prepared yogurt mixture over the fruit

  6. mix to coat the fruit

  7. cover and chill or serve immediately
