Assorted fruits & berries mixed together for dessert for the Hollywood Bowl. Served about 2 servings/2 cups each.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Salad for the Hollywood Bowl

3 cups pineapple, peeled, cored, cubed
1 mango, peeled, seeded, cubed
1 apple, Red Delicious, cored & cubed
1 apple, Granny Smith, cored & cubed
1 Asian pear, cored & cubed
1 orange, navel, peeled & diced
1 cup grapes, green, seedless
1 cup grapes, red, seedless
1 pint strawberries, hulled & sliced in half
1 pint blueberries
1 pint raspberries
1/2 pint blackberries
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 tsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. ginger, fresh, grated
1/2 tsp. honey

Recipe Directions for Fruit Salad for the Hollywood Bowl

  1. Core and cube apples & asian pear.

  2. Add lime juice and stir.

  3. Peel orange. Cut into 4 slices, then cut those slices into bite-sized pieces. Add.

  4. Peel & core pineapple. Cut in half. Cut one half into wedges and cut those into bite-sized pieces. Add.

  5. Cut the sides off the mango, peel and cube. Add.

  6. Add grapes, strawberries, blackberries & blueberries. Stir.

  7. Peel and slice kiwi fruit. Cut slices in half & add.

  8. Stir together gently.

  9. Add raspberries on top.

  10. Chill & serve.

  11. 1 cup/serving.
