Great fruit salad especially topped with granola. Uses vanilla instant pudding and juices from can of pineapple and mandarin oranges.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit Salad With Granola

20 oz. pineapple, can-undrained
11 oz. mandarin oranges, can-undrained
2 bananas, sliced
2 c. strawberries, halved
1 1/2 c. green grapes, halved
1 c. blueberries
3 1/2 oz. instant vanilla pudding
1/4 c. granola

Recipe Directions for Fruit Salad With Granola

  1. Drain pineapple and mandarin oranges, reserving juices in small bowl.

  2. In large bowl combine fruit.

  3. Sprinkle pudding mixture into reserved juices and mix until combined and slightly thickened.

  4. Fold in fruit.

  5. Put granola on top when served.
